As head of operations and HR, my role is to ensure we only hire the best and ensure the most appropriate people are allocated to your campaigns. I monitor all client campaigns to ensure targets and expectations continue to be met.
Training is at the heart of our success. I ensure that all Maven TM agents receive the highest quality training to ensure they can deliver real success. I also work with you to ensure that our agents receive the most detailed training in your product or solution and messaging.
