Job Summary

This is a B2B role and involves inbound and outbound business call management, lead qualification, customer satisfaction surveying, market intelligence gathering, assisting with market research on behalf of the world's leading technology companies.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales or customer service
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Ability to handle high calls volume
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Strong IT skills: Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication
  • Fluency in English
  • Positive attitude and ability to learn
  • Customer-focused
