BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AGENT (LEAD GENERATION)

Key job responsibilities:  

  • Engaging in calling activities and other outbound strategies to connect with prospects 
  • Qualifying leads to ensure that potential partners match our clients’ criteria  
  • Keeping records of interactions with leads in our CRM  
  • Meeting and exceeding campaign targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) 
  • Undertaking customer satisfaction surveying and market intelligence gathering activities  
  • Assisting with market research on behalf of the world’s leading technology and medical companies  

 Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales, or customer service, preferably 2 years  
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively   
  • Proven record of achieving specific targets 
  • Ability to use multiple platforms 
  • Great negotiation skills 
  • Excellent report writing skills  
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot)  
  • A positive attitude and ability to learn quickly  
  • Fluency in the English language required (both written & spoken)

What we are looking for:

The role: Your role as a French Business Development Representative is to act as the liaison between our client’s Marketing and Sales team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and competitive person, a team player who is capable to work on their own initiative, and always striving for the best results. With a passion for the new and emerging technologies and a strong fundamental understanding of cloud-based software.

Key job responsibilities (but not limited to) the following:

  • Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our clients via email, social media, digital marketing, and telephone communications.
  • Assisting with market research on behalf of the world’s leading technology & medical providers with a particular focus on new and emerging technology solutions.
  • Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential prospects and build a long-lasting business relationship with them
  • Writing a detailed report from the first point of contact until the lead is qualified.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in the French language is required (both written & spoken).
  • Passion for sales and comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate clients’ services and products through email, phone, and other various methods such as social platforms.
  • Preferably 1+ years experience in lead generation, customer services, or another sales environment.
  • Resourcefulness and determination.
  • Strong communication and relational skills.
  • Knowledge of computer systems.
