Maven TM is a telemarketing and lead generation company which has been in operation in Ireland since 2011.

Job Applicants

Use of your personal data – why and for how long

•  Maven TM will only use the personal data you the applicant provides for determining whether the applicant will become an employee of Maven TM.

We will process the CVs and personal data provided at submission through email and interview stage. We will retain this information for one year from submission.

Who do we share your personal data with?

• Cvs and interview notes are shared within the Company with the Head People, HR Manager and Managing Director.

Legitimate Interests

Maven TM have a number of lawful reasons that mean we can process your personal information. One of the lawful reasons is consent but when consent is not possible Maven TM can also contact you on the GDPR grounds of ‘legitimate interests’. What Legitimate Interests means is that we can process your personal data if

• We have a genuine and legitimate reason

And

• We are not harming any of your rights or interests

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Retention

If you agree to receive information from us in relation to our products or services, we will continue to retain the personal data that you provide to us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive these communications.

If you contact us and ask for us not to send you any further information in relation to our products or services, your personal data will be deleted from our CRM. Unless you are currently a client of the company or have purchased our products and services within the past 24 months we will also delete your personal data from our CRM.
